Unhappy Fujita and Warrenty Question

I called all the dealers around me and they said if i install the fujita out side it will be considered voiding the warrenty and i asked if any of them installs them and they all said no, but i saw someone on this thread that said he bought a fujita intake g37 that dealers had offered, so my question is where do i get them installed to get full warrenty(if any dealers can do this), and can i just put the old intakes back on g37 when i service it ? or they will find out i been switching and changing ?

I'm guessing that you'll be hard pressed to find a dealership that cool to cover them under warranty... It will more than likely be one of those deals that, They have to prove that the after market part caused "the problem" and won't be covered under warranty.

As for swapping it out when going in for service, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think they will notice that as much... but come on, I know it's probably a simple install, but it will become a hassle to do it all the time.

Just my .02 Good luck!

If your dealer is telling you that installing a part will void your warranty they are breaking federal law!!! Here is a link to the sema webpage that goes into basic detail of what you should know about adding products to your car. You will find at the bottom of the page something called the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Enjoy. Speak to the service manager or the general if there is an issue.

no, they cannot void your warranty for that. why dont you install it yourself or ask a family, friend, etc to do it for you?
