I have a bit of cash to either supercharge my current G35 or trade-in and make a down payment for a G37? What would you do?
I need power. My G35 AT just doesn't cut it. Supercharge will potentially give me 310 whp. I know the G37 won't beat that but the trade off is it's a brand new car with better suspension. And the G35 is lighter so it will do around 13sec 1/4mile which is pretty fast.

sounds like your primarily in the "peformance" camp vs the looks/tech/comfort/performance (in that order) camp. i'd keep your car and supercharge it as you'll still want more performance out of that new g37 in the long run as you'll be w/out that influx of cash burning a hole in your pocket and more than likely have a good size car payment to boot.

How dangerous is riding a motorcycle? I remember my anatomy teacher hoping that no one ever rides a motorcycle because of protection.
Well i race Dirt bikes, and about a month ago my best friend broke is hip in half and broke his wrists from one fall. He was life flighted(helocoptered)to the hospital where he spent 15 days in and out of surgery. I guess they are pretty dangerous!
Hubby and I have a Yamaha R1....that thing still scares the **** out of me even though he is a very safe and experienced rider.
An R1 is simply a beast. It's like asking for death and joy in a small package. lol
And about the safety and experience of riding. You may be the most experienced rider on the planet, but you can't prevent all the other bad drivers out there with you on the road.

Yes, very true. I'm hoping he outgrows the bike once we decide to start a family, but he's 36 and has been riding sport bikes for over 10 years, so I don't know.....I'm not the kind of wife to forbid it, so I have learned to have fun going riding with him. Maybe once he gets back from Iraq and has the 'Vette, the bike will stay in the garage.
