are you planning to sell as a set or individually? does these set come with tires or just rimes? Where are you located?

Will have some shortly but im selling all 4, 1 is slightly scratched all 4 are in pretty good shape i would say at least 2 are mint. Let me know if you would like me to keep you posted.
