Santa Monica service

So I had the problem that the hood wouldn't release all the way. The passenger side latch does not budge when the release is pulled, only the driver side pops. I took it to Cerritos service department, whom actually repaired my seat bubbling with no problem. But Cerritos said that it was because of the painted grill I did. When it was re-installed, the pull cord got pinched and stuck so the passenger side couldn't be release. The only way they could do it was to remove the wheel and the under side cover to access then release the hood. Because of this, they didn't want to cover it under warranty. After talking with Dave_ISM, I decided to try my luck with Kevin or Greg at Santa Monica. Kevin got his tech to pop the hood in no time with just a screw driver, nothing was removed and NO CHARGE. It might just be the techs but based on my experience, I feel like Santa Monica's service staff is more experienced and capable (of course, more willing to work with you too) when you have a problem. Definitely recommend Kevin and Greg from Santa Monica Service Department.

Now, waiting for an oil change to be done and Greddy Ti-C here I come

When my sunroof was shattered and needed to get a quote on how much to fix it, I called my local Infiniti dealer which would be Cerritos. The gal asked if I bought my car there and I said no. She asked for my VIN number and promise me that someone from the service department would call me back with a quote. I have not received a call from them to date. I don't know what it is, but they should make it a priority to return calls. Anyways, got it fixed at Glendale (Randy is sooooooo awesome!)
