HVAC fan issue

Hey folks, 2008 coupe.
Problem is that sometimes the blower doesnt want to start blowing immediately when commanded. Compressor is on and running, but the blower seems to take 5 minutes before it kicks on. Then it's normal. Seems like it's usually after it sits for a week or two in storage.

Sometimes its immediately. Just kind of annoying.

Possibly blower motor connector is messed up/ blower motor resistor/ blower motor itself
