2008 g37 with code p1705 and u1000

My transmission has been slipping at random times and I checked my transmission oil and it doesn’t smell burnt or anything. I checked for codes found p1705 and a u1000. Should it just be me valve body?

P1705 - Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
U1000 - OBD Communication Failure

Valve body issues normally throw other codes, but I guess it's possible: https://www.myg37.com/forums/engine-...4-for-7at.html

When was your last transmission service? The fluid should be very pinkish. Valve bodies and TCMs tend to fail at a high frequency on these cars once the fluid gets old and severely broken down. Slipping normally comes first.

I read that it can be my accelerator pedal but I don’t think that would be it

The fluid is still pinkish I performed a drain and fill like a year ago. My car currently has 176000 miles. I’m not sure how to diagnose that code
