2013 g37 yellow light on dash
Just watched the video and by virtue of the fact that the car "goes black" and "reboots" (I can hear the CD/DVD motor energize) with a cycle of the key leads me to suspect a power issue.
I know you checked the fuses but it would not hurt to remove the battery and check them again. Check all of the connections to make sure they are clean, good and tight. Check the area where the belt broke as it is possible some wiring was damaged with pieces of flying belt (real common on some BMW's- ask me how I know).
Aside from that, at this point there is only so much we can diagnose here online. Based on your video I do not suspect a security issue as it black out as soon as it tries to turn the engine over which points to a power/ ground/ connection issue.
Maybe others will chime in with other ideas.

Interesting. The starter must have been slowly dying as it's virtually impossible for a broken belt to kill a starter.
