Front End Rattle and Belt Squeal

Recently I have been hearing a light rattle sound from the front driver wheel area, its not a clunk or knock sound over bigger bumps but a light rattle sound when going slow over rough pavement through a parking lot. I put the car on jacks and checked the wheel side to side and top to bottom for movement but everything feels solid, looking under it i don't see anything obviously wrong other than a slight leak starting at the lower control arm bushing.

The other issue I've been having is a squeal sound from the engine bay, I've had the issue a couple times before. The first time it was a high pitched whine/squeal under full throttle at high rpms, 6-7k. My mechanic replaced the tensioner and belt, fixed. Months later i start to notice the whine again but a lower pitch, almost like a roaring sound, he replaced the tensioner again and a couple of the pulleys, fixed. Now again, maybe 6 months later im hearing the higher pitched whine and squeal again but this time it starts at the low rpms as well. The pitch changes slightly with rpm until road noise drowns it out but I assume its happening at all rpms. At this point im just getting confused as to why I keep having belt and tensioner issues.

If you guys have had either of these problems or have any advice on what to check I would appreciate it, thanks.

I had the similar rattle develop and get louder. I made sure all clips were in the wheel wells, bumper, belly cover, etc., but nothing worked or changed the tone. After a ton of research, I pulled the calipers back off (had them off trying to find the rattle) and filled the slider pin holes with grease until they didn't "jiggle' anymore by hand. Before I filled the hole with grease, I could put the bolts in the holes and move them side to side with my fingertips. This worked for me.
