Coolant leaking in rear of engine bay, no white smoke or milky oil

About 2 weeks ago I noticed my coolant overflow reservoir was abnormally low, after looking around I noticed that the upper radiator hose was leaking and immediately replaced it myself. The following night I noticed a puddle towards the middle of the car dead center, popping the hood I instantly saw a stream of coolant being shot upwards next to the firewall as you can see in the file attached (there are water spots on the location of contact). I wasn’t able to get footage but i did catch some shooting from the location of what looked like the water hose. I inspected the heater hoses and coupler and there is no obvious degradation or dry rotting. Can someone please tell me what the issue could be before I break down and go to the dealership?

Update: noticed some white smoke coming from under the hood and upon inspection i was able to catch fluid being spit out from the same area. Its seems a full reservoir will empty in about 2 days give or take. If some needs footage to help with a conclusion i will email it to you
