Fuel Rail Electrical Connection Problems

HELP!

The electrical connection at the end of my fuel rail (towards the firewall) will not click into place which will not allow my car to start. Anyone else have this issue? I need my car to start asap and I’m losing it over this connector

Have you tried pushing it in with a flathead.may be able to get more leverage just make sure you are pushing it in from somewhere that wont break off.

I could, but I’m already putting the same amount of pressure as I would for any of the other connector plugs. I goes on, but won’t snap into place. The car will crank but not start, even if I’m shoving the connector in while someone else starts the car.

Sorry bro, wish I could help more. But I really don't know Exactly what you did .I can only suggest you double check everything. Hopefully this plug didn't get by you

This is the one i figured would be for your fuel rail.

You'll need to push on the clip of the male connector and check the inside of it.
It's possible the rubber seal of the female is messed up and not aligning or that the injector harness male connector is broke on the inside.

Fuel rail Connector

I’m having the same issue, Im hoping you found a solution and can maybe help me? I changed my fuel injectors and my fuel harness won’t snap back. My car also will crank but not start. Did you have to change your plugs or did you find another solution?

That connection is a pia
make sure all the pins are straight before you use more force on it
I always use WD or dialectic grease, it actually lubes the silicone seals and reduces the effort necessary to get 'em to "click"
now if the lock tab is deformed or broken, you might get away with the zip-tie nub hack
