Change PS fluid reservoir hoses

My power steering fluid reservoir hose is leaking, it looks easy to change... but is there a way to change them without spilling fluid all over? I was thinking of changing both while I'm at it.

Thank you

Figures I forgot one other. You can suction the contents out first then replace the hose. Keep in mind there's more fluid in the lines and rack so changing just the reservoir content is not enough.

That is what I figured. I'll take all the fluid out of the reservoir, I guess I'll just be prepared for the fluid that is in the lines to leak out.

Bleeding shouldn't be a big deal, from what I understand I just start the car and do a few lock to lock rotations of the wheel right?
