OEM battery dead
OEM battery dead
All,
Been searching for a battery replacement. My OEM battery is exactly 3 years old this month, and it is dying. I read about a battery from home depot that has 800CCA, but that does not seem to be sold any longer. (Seems like all the battery threads are old) Can anyone recommend another great battery? Thanks a ton.

They have this one now - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Exide-SP...X24F/308488599 . Personally, I'd just get a group 24f from costco. I had to do a warranty claim on a HD battery. What a pita.. no one had a clue how to process it.
The costco battery is 700 CCA - https://www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/loc...-batteries.htm , plenty to start this car. If you don't drive the car regularly, use a battery tender.

I'd go with the 4amp model unless you're using it on a motorcycle. Then 3A is fine.
