Fluid Leak? Looking for Advice

While doing an oil change and tire rotation this afternoon, I noticed fluid dripping from the location in the attached pictures that is circled in red. The pictures show the passenger side of the vehicle, just below where the front door meets the side panel.

Is this the AC run-off? Or something that I should be more concerned about?

Could be AC run off, could just be water. Could be something else. What did the fluid look like, feel like, smell?

In the exact location of AC condensation, should be easy to ID, and will evaporate soon. If it's still there after a couple hours or leaves a color behind, then time to be concerned.

No smell. No color. Looked like typical condensation on my fingers.

I just thought that it was strange, as it was so close to the frame.
