My vehicle has a camshaft code but I can’t find the sensor saw numerous videos and looked at the engine but all the videos are for G35,

G 35 and G 37 have camshaft bank one sensor at same locations or different, I am new in usa and not very sure what to do my car is dead outside my house

Any help would be nice
it has only 80 k miles on it

 

Your thread has been moved to tech area. What year is your car and what are the actual codes that he car is showing? starting with that information maybe someone can get you started

 

Infinit 2011 G37x
code is 0340
git it verifies from auto zone and auto parts both say it’s the first bank camshaft sensor, I have seen many videos but can’t find the sensor on my car
most available videos are of G35
G37 and G 35 have similar engines or not ???
