like the title said they are so Fu*King stupid....
previously costa mesa infiniti washe up my car.. when i told them not to do it.. this happened 18days ago... made swirl mark all over my car...
and guess what.. SM said... there is no way one car wash can make the swirl.. they are very proffesional so there is no way it was from them
FU*k that.. one single bad car wash can FU*k up the car and they did not want to pay me back to buff my car...
what they offer me is let there proffesional detailer fix it..(clay compound polishing waxing and sealant).. after that car still had swirl..but it was better so i let them got away with it.. because
i was so Fu*king busy at the school(ART CENTER TRANSPORTAION MAJOR)
if you guys know about my school... it s hell...i pull 2all nighter each week
newaiz... i took my car to cerritos infiniti yesterday to fix the surge issue...and of course told them not to wash the car...and again they washed my car..
FU*cking stupid... and again.. i complained .. and of course ***** said..its not from them.. so this time i called infiniti corporate to complain..before ***** was giving me all kind of attitude...after speaking with corporate... bitch said.. swirl mark is probably from costa mesa infiniti...because cerritos infiniti does hand car wash but costa mesa inifiniti do machine car wash...and use heavy brush..... and there is no machine or people to BUFF the car WTF!!!!!!!!!

my brother is going to tustin dealer to fix the swirl...because costamesa infiniti is out of business I hope they be honest with me and not giving me anymore BS...

Dont let anyone wash your car ever but yourself. Sorry for what has happened but lesson learned. As much as it sucks just can't trust ANYONE but yourself.

 

Don't just tell them not to, use some thick blue masking tape and write "do not wash car" on the tape with a sharpie and put that right above the display screen. That's what I do! You might even want to put one on your hood and trunk! I used to put that along with "do not test windshield washers" cause at Volvo they test them with every major service visit. It always pissed me off because I always brought it in super clean, ready for the showroom type clean and then there would be those damn water spots from the idiots just doing their jobs...

Swirl marks sucks major donkey *****. Just one of the reason why I went with AG.

You do realize that Tustin Infiniti is where most (if not all) of the Costa Mesa staff transferred to since they shut down, right? So you will definitely be getting more of the same BS. The rest of them went to South Bay since all 3 of those dealerships are in the Power group.
