Question 2013 G37x Removing A Pillar Question (Leaking Sunroof Drain)

I am having the problem with the sunroof drain leaking and am trying to remove the A pillar on passenger side. I have two questions, maybe someone here knows the answer.

Watching a youtube video showing how to do this, the guy removes one piece and I guess he had removed it earlier so I don't know how to take it off. I don't want to break anything. Here is the link to which piece he is removing. My question is, do I just pry this piece back or is there a specific way to get it off without breaking? The piece he removed was at 0:50 timestamp.

Second question. I know there will be green clips on the A pillar. I have searched online and can't find the answer to how to remove these green clips. I guess I need to remove the battery before trying as well, to make sure airbags don't go off. Is this true?

use hemostat or needlenose pliers to twist the green clip 90* and it will come out of the slot.

thank you, do you know how to take off that plastic piece in the video? Its the plastic piece that is on the side of the AC duct when you open the door.

I ended up fixing this by just putting the tube into a bigger tube, using a few hose clamps and running that down the hole, getting rid of that plastic piece all together.
