Help!

Hello guys as I was doing my transmission fluid drain I noticed that I had a leak from this one certain hose. as far as I can see it's somewhat connected to the power steering system? I checked all my fluids everything is fine, except the power steering fluid the I've topped off by a little bit. I was wondering what part this is? and if i could order this certain part only? could this be the power steering return hose?

Cheers folks,

Power steering uses auto trans fluid. Maybe on last oil change some oil spilled

Fluid on the outside of the line doesn't mean it's coming from inside the line. As Surfnazi wrote, it could be something spilled on the line while filling something else.
