Grinding sound

Grinding sound
hey guys just wanted to ask if anyone has experienced this grinding sound when starting the car. It only happens when the car been sitting for a long time. This morning I started the car and I heard a grind noise it only last 3-5 seconds. I turned it off and started it agian the grind sounds is gone? Anything suggestions would be good. thanks
