2012 Infiniti G37 Sport (Coupe/Manual Tranny) Issues! *HELP*

So I'm having some issues with my car and would LOVE for someone to at least point me in the right direction. A couple months ago, my car completely broke down, wouldn't start, and when it did, it couldn't accelerate past 2,000 RPM's, if it did, it would just shut down. Took it to the dealership, and they replaced my flywheel because it had a giant dent in it, and it was tripping something electrical to shut the car off.

Car did fine for a few weeks but then I started getting this GRINDING/SPINNING noise whenever I accelerate past 3,500 RPMs. Sounds like it's coming from the clutch/flywheel area, but it's hard to pinpoint because I can only hear it when I am driving. Could be the engine, could be the clutch or flywheel, could be many other things - I. HAVE. NO. CLUE.

When the car is still in neutral, SOMETIMES the engine makes an odd rattling noise, but it does it mostly when the car is turned OFF. Hit the off button and the engine rattles when turning off.

My traction control light turns on when accelerating past 3,500 RPMs and stays on for the rest of the time the car is on. When the car is turned back ON it isn't initially there, but turns on shortly after driving again.

Also when accelerating past 3,500 RPMs, my brake light turns on.
--------------------------------------

So to put it in to bullets -

1. Grinding spinning noise when accelerating past 3,500 RPMs (sometimes sooner)

2. Engine rattling noise sometimes in neutral, but always when turning car off

3. Traction control light turns on when accelerating past 3,500 RPMs

4. Brake light turns on when accelerating past 3,500 RPMs

HELP

The flywheel had a dent in it? Like, a crater dent or was it bent? Either way, there's nothing in there that can do that without the clutch catastrophically failing on itself and even then, a dent wouldn't make a ton of sense. The dealer would have easily found this problem. There's gotta be more to the story. Also, when the RPM's rise and make the sound, are you driving or sitting in park revving, or both? Is the rattling sound RPM's or speed specific?

The flywheel had some sort of dent in it, I'm not 100% sure at this point, all I know is they replaced it for no cost. But now I am experiencing these other issues.

Scratching sound is just while driving, not while in neutral. As for the rattling, it is sometimes when the car is in neutral, but mostly when the car is turned off.

Brake light and traction light may be related and is most likely low brake fluid. Unless you have a leak, that usually means it's near time to change out pads because fluid is lower, due to longer travel in system based on thinner pads.
the noise in the transmission could be anything like you said, but I would be suspect of the throw out bearing. Does the sound decrease when you depress the clutch pedal?
