Windshield washer reservoir screw causing a rattle

I noticed a rattling noise coming from the engine bay of my 2013 sedan, but only at idle. At first I thought the absolute worst but was relieved when I figured out it was the little plastic screw on the neck of the windshield washer reservoir, it is right next to the filler cap. I tried tightening it but it just seems to spin around. Can someone tell me how to pop this little screw out? When I turn it counter-clockwise it does not really do anything either. Thanks ahead of time!

Find some thin plastic and make a washer for it. Cut out a small section barely wide enough to accommodate the screw shank then force it under the screw head. Shimmed!

Great. I was taking the old one out and it fell down into the engine bay. I know where it is. Is the front plastic undertray removable? It looks like there are several Philips screws and that is it?

The little screw is right at the front of the tray. I could see it for a second by looking down through the engine bay. Think I could get away with pulling just the front bolts off of the tray and pulling it down just enough to grab it? Didn't know how fragile it is. I did order a new screw, I just want to know how put it on properly so I don't break those damn tabs on the sides. Looks like the rattling was happening because two of them broke causing it to be loose.
