Unhappy Sunroof Stuck at Tilt Position G37 2008 coupe

So yesterday night I tried closing my sunroof from the tilt position then a gear grinding sound happened, I pressed the close button again but nothing happened, just the roof struggling to close and stuck in the tilt position. I have read the thread available but everyone just talks about a screw missing from the motor trim, i did have one missing, i went out and got a new one. Once the screw was in i attempted to close it again but its still just stuck, does attempt to move but no luck. I proceeded to removing the screws to take out the motor; I realigned the screws and put the motor back in and tightened it down, no luck again. How do i go about this? do i manually shut the roof? if so, how do i go about it? I've looked for videos on how to do this but no luck, all everyone says is a screw is missing which is no longer the problem. Theres no in depth detail about how to get the rail spring unstuck. Any bolts to lift up the sunroof and manually close it? If there is a thread about this please send link, I did search but had no luck. I provided a couple pictures to what im stuck on. I dont believe the motor has gone out because its struggling to attempt to close. Any help is appreciated guys. :]

Is there anyway to manually close it by relieving stress on the rail? Maybe that allen key in the middle of the motor trim? tempted to try to twist it but I dont know what it does.

There should be but you'll have to drop the roof liner

This happens a lot. Have you watched this-
I couldn’t get to it where the dome lights were. I didn’t want to mar my interior up so I went to the dealership. I was quoted $125 just to diagnose the issue which I had already told them what was wrong. Labor was quoted at $50 for half hour of work. I argued with the service rep and he cut the final cost in half.
