Should I get this engine splash guard part repaired?

Took my newly purchased G37x 2010 sedan in to get the Krown treatment. Had a look at it up on the hoist. It wasn't a pretty site. Looks like this Canadian winter car has never been rust treated. Very rusty differential. Noticed some funny stuff on the engine splash guard. An open rectangular hole. Should there be a small cover fitted there? Also a badly cracked rectangular panel at the bottom of the picture. Probably bottomed out. Should I get that panel replaced or just leave it as is? Anyone know the size of the bolts securing the large engine splash guard? One of them is missing.
Rusty differential.

Looking toward front passenger side from below.

Missing bolt and washer on engine splash guard.

M8 I think it's the access panel you're missing

Z1 makes a pretty durable replacement panel if you feel like making an upgrade for $200.00

That Z1 panel looks pretty sweet. https://www.z1motorsports.com/aero-and-body/speed-performance/08-up-g35-g37-speed-performance-aluminum-engine-under-shroud-p-5354.html

I'm thinking of fashioning a plastic rectangle to cover the oil change hole. I'll probably try to use the existing bolt hole with some sort of fastener. I'll cut out some tabs and slots to help secure it. It will be a matter of popping the tabs and giving it a pivot to change the oil.

I love my ZSP aluminium shroud. Very convenient for oil changes with the access door.

Looks great. Love the idea. I wonder who makes the better undershroud, Z1 or Tollboothwilley? They're both around the same price.
