pulled car out today for a quick drive...runs perfect but has the following codes:

P3634
P1093
P1090
U1000
C1109

Car sat for awhile so gave it a jump and started right up.... pulled away than about maybe 15 mins later I got the codes. The battery tested good but needs a recharge...should be 640CCA but is testing at 429CCA (12.07V)

Could this be the issue for the codes?
