Part number help and Fob battery replacement

I'm getting indication that my key fab is running low on power. Is there an easy way to replace the battery or do I need to take it in for programming or something?

Secondly I've not been able to locate this part (pictured). It's part of the center console. It's started peeling and actually cut my wifes finger.

Thanks guys!

Battery is 2032. Pry the fob halves apart and swap out the battery. Snap it back together. That's it.

You'll have to purchase the whole console lid to replace that part.

Good news about the Fob, I wasn't sure if it had to be rebound to the car or anything.

Too bad on the console lid. Guess I'll have to do what I have to do!

Thanks for the help.
