I was wondering...

I was wondering if you guys removed your spare tire out the trunk?my butt dyno thinks it can feel a difference without it .

Kind of a weird spot to put this thread.

People remove their spares when drag racing for exactly that reason. Others have to remove it because they converted their exhaust to a single canister type. I don't think anyone would just ditch the spare for everyday driving since it defeats the purpose of having a spare.

Thanks . Ill be putting it back In , in that case . I thought this was where the thread belong.admin plz move to correct spot .

No judgement here, buddy. It's your car, I DD my car and the few tenths of a second it would shave off my time is not worth the possibility of breaking down and having no spare

OH, also, as Monytx found out the hard way, make sure your spare is full of air. Doesn't do much good if your spare is flat too
