Tire Maintenance Light ?

What exactly is this light telling me? I still have tread and the air pressure is proper yet every time I turn on the car that warning light comes on...any ideas?

It comes on for a prescribbed mileage to rotate/balance your tires.

It's a maintenance light along side with the oil and oil filter located in the mid display called Tires. I have mines set to come on every specified miles so I could check my tread/tire wear. Just go through there and reset it.

Hey what psi were you guys running stock? My tires actually do not have the recommended psi on them! Weird...I just put em all to 40 and kept it moving but I was curious as to what the actual specs were

40 is way too high. Look on your driver side door jam and it will tell you. I believe it's 35 all around.

LoL...so no real reason!? I was surprised that the tire itself had no info on it. As cold as its been here lately 40 has been good, I think 35 would be too low...might run that in the summer

Did you not read my post? Check your door jam it'll tell you what pressure to run. It'll tell you 35 front and rear. At least for the g37 coupe sport, not sure about sedan models.

And you're suppose to set tire pressure when it's cold, I normally do mines when I first leave in the morning.

For my ’08 Journey the recommend pressure per the door jam in 33psi for all four tires, and that’s what I do. I’m quite satisfied with it. You sport guys have to know there’s other selections out there.

I read it. I am just saying I am surprised its not on the tire too. That is just what I am used to, they always put that info in the door jam. As for setting the psi in the cold...right now I have no choice! Its freaking cold!
