Bought Possible Nightmare with 110k miles
Well I just had the ATF low pressure flushed at the Infinity dealer for about $278. They swear by Jesus I wont have any issues because of the car I have and the fluid it uses. Since the first interval is actually scheduled for 60k it is more like the oxidization/wear of the transmission that missed the 30k and got one at 90k? This may not help my odds but they sure convinced me to relax about it anyway. They said I wont be back in for this transmission -lol. The same fella said he has had his techs change them at over 200k the first time and they weren't burnt, dirty yes, but not tarred, burnt, or totally crapped. I think we both meant still well functioning fluid..... so we can close this but if it does I'll post the shockwave here.
