Hi All,
My seat belt light has stopped working correctly. When I buckle the light changes from steady on to flashing... I've tried re-buckling it while driving, but it still works the same.
Any thoughts?

one thought is it means there some issue with ther seatbelts, pretensioners, etc. Just a thought, I have not looked in the manual to see if this happens. Also maybe a signal that something else safetly related is wrong. Also, try google and see if you get any hits on any forum regarding this. Good luck and let us know what it is.

 

If you have a somewhat heavy object on the passenger seat, the seat belt light will flash.

 

Hmmm...I did have a heavy laptop bag on the seat...and now today (without the bag there) it seems to be working normally!
