Exclamation transmission update from infiniti?

hey guys,
i got this email saying that infiniti has a transmission update for my G. i was wondering if anyone has done it, or has any feedback regarding the update

"infiniti has just released a program update to soften the reported harsh downshift condition that occurs in our G series vehicles. the update is only for 2010 G37 and 2011 G37 and G25 vehicles. This is not a recall but a voluntary update that my staff can provide free of charge"

thanks
