icc not working correctly

icc not working correctly

Went to use the icc the other day, it would not set.
It is a pia, seems like the toggle switch is bad ?
Restarted & got it to work, curious if anyone else has this issue?

I haven't had any issues with mine. All is good in my side of the world.

wont work if the vdc is off, sunlight, or if the wipers are on

Thanks Kenny, it is the direct sunlight that caused it.
