On a good note, I got my vossens mounted today.
Dang, that sucks. I hope you don't need a new (limit sensor/switch or stepping motor?). I have no idea what is used to stop the windows, just a guess. I would ask the dealership to cover it under warranty, whatever it is. The worse they can say is no.

Congrats on the Vossens! Best wheels for the G, hands down (imo).

That was the ticket. Weird. 15 seconds on the passenger side was too long, but 10 worked like a charm. Cheers!

On a side note, when I just did mine I discovered that you can only do one window at a time. If you try to do both (at least for me) the driver's side window would not roll back up at all until I opened and closed the door again.
Just went through this earlier today. It is in the manual, although I guess I should have checked the forums first! For future reference, the instructions from the manual are along the lines of:

1. Press the ignition button
2. Roll down the windows more than halfway
3. Roll up the windows completely
4. Hold the window "up" button for 5+ seconds

I was also able to do both windows at the same time.
