Switching back and forth between oils?

Hey so I switched over and started using synthetic oil (mobil 1) after 10,000 km, I think the inifiniti dealer might have just mistakenly put conventional oil in my car yesterday... My mind might just be playing tricks because i've heard switching back and forth isn't good, but something feels just slightly off when im driving right now. Am I likely imaging things, is switching back and forth between types of oil bad for my engine? What should I do?

Thanks!

You'll be fine. Next time switch it to what you want. Don't go beyond the Schedule 1 mileage though.

One time isn't going to harm you, but I do believe being consistent with oil in your car does have benefits.

As KLB said, if you believe they put conventional in, be sure to change it after 3750 and resume using synthetic.

You might have heard that, but it's just a myth that never seems to die. You can switch between brands of oil, or from synthetic to conventional at every oil change if you wish.

Well every time i change oils conventional to synthetic I do an 5min engine flush that way most of the old oil will drip out. synthetic is a different blend of oil and sometimes foams when mixed with non-synthetic, and that is not good for your engine. So spend the extra 4 bucks and give your engine something to tickle about.
