just a quick question regarding red optima battery

is this battery a direct bolt on? I mean I was checking the autozone website and found this ...

*** 720 cold cranking Amps (910 cranking Amps) *** -> 3 year free replacement <- REQUIRES BOTTOM HEIGHT ADAPTER; check hood clearance

What's a bottom height adapter? thanks

Bottom height adapter will just be a chunk of plastic to raise the batter up a little.

Yes the Optima should fit. Easiest thing to do is have autozone install your battery for free, if for some reason it doesnt fit, they will take it back.

Its a sure fit, just installed my yellow top. Its good not to worry about my car not starting due to our weak batteries.
