If you can't replicate an issue and there isn't a TSB for it, would infiniti still replace the part? I know I brought my car in for 2 TSB, the engine tick/exhaust rattle and it didnt look like they bothered to verify it and just changed the parts.

For example, let's say my Radio seems to loose reception maybe 2-3 times in the past and it required me to change stations or turn the radio on/off the fix it.., but I can't replicate it... will they replace my radio component?

My experience is they won't fix what they can't find... having said that, it will depend on the dealership you deal with. Some are more lenient and will do more to keep you happy.

 

ya it takes a little more proof than just what you say if its not a known issue.
