Jack Stand Points...Where is it??

i want to change my oil, but can't seem to find position to jack up front of my car, and place the stand. On manual it said that the jack points are the 2notches behind the front wheels, but, where is the jack point under the car?

I also found out best place jack up rear is Rear differential. is that correct??

I've searched and found some answers, but without illustration/pictures, I'm loss. if anyone out there has some pictures, or clear description on where to jack up front of the car g37? thanks.

if you look at the oem jack it shows little pictures where to line it up to. you know they make that stuff noob proof lol if you look under the car there is line a line of frame that sticks down and u will see 2 grooves, i personally use a low profile jack (since im dropped) and a piece of wood, if you use a jack by itself it will bend the metal, its meant for the oem jack only really. the wood is soft and wont bend it.

if you have no wood a good spot is a hook looking metal piece right behind the front tires near the center of the car, u cant miss it and pretty rigid but u can only reach it if your not dropped and got a low profile jack.. good luck.

Here is a copy of the service manual section - the lift points are on page GI-31.

I know this is an old thread, but here's a screenshot of the relevant page in the manual linked above (g35 sedan 2007) for anyone else who comes across this thread looking for answers

Looks similar to what I'm seeing in the manual for g37 2010 sedan (found here):
