How many people on the forms here have had issues with there stock y pipe making crackling noises. Please post up you issue and how it was resolved...

 

i did!!! i took to infiniti the dude drove around with me in the car heard the sound it was pretty loud so they change the y pipe!

 

i really only hear that after i drive somewhere and turn the car off....but ive noticed from the winter and salt and snow and water and all that stuff that they are completely rusted on the outside...why is it not stainless steal, how much would it cost to have it converted to stainless, anyone know?

 

Did changing the Y pipe work????
