Yeah, I change my own oil. I won't let dealer touch car unless absolutely necessary.

Why? Do you live in a really cold climate or race?

Hey gamedog, are your oil changes DIY or do you get it done somewhere, and if so, how much? Since we live in the same city of "Reeeversigh," I'm just curious. I'm out of my free oil changes at the dealer so I'm debating whether I should keep going there or somewhere else.

Dang just saw this... I used to do them in my driveway... But lately i've gotten lazy... So i go to Amplified and have Lou's guys take care of it for me... Costs me A LOT less then $100 bucks to get it changed with Eneos there... And I get to pick up some good smelling JDM Air Fresheners while I'm there... Lol...

hmm Intresting topic! I have an 07 Sedan. I changed the oil to Mobil 1 Full Synthetic and New Filter. Now what do you guy's think I should change my Oil at now? I changed to the Mobil 1 in like i think was July of 08, and I only put like barely 1000mi since the oil change? I know I can stretch the change Intervals from every 3000mi to maybe 5000mi. But it will take me forever to get to that since i really only drive my G on weekends. And when I do I sometime's open her up for some full throttle fun. but that not that often. and I put on only 3000mi a year! I have 7000mi now, and I had the car brand new with 10mi on it! So you guy's think I should give another oil change or wait longer?
