Greddy Ti-C Installation Questions

Hi All,

I had to remove a black heat shield in order to put in the rear muffler section of the right side exhaust (looking at the back of the car). I am just wondering if this is correct.

Also, in the installation kit Greddy included about 2' to 3' x 5" heat wrap, wire ties, and metal clamps... these are for wrapping up the tubes that are exposed after removing the heat shield correct?

Thanks for your input!

yes that is true.. with mufflers setup like those on FI & Greddy you'll need to remove the heat shield and a safety measure just wrap the fuel lines coming out of your pump to avoid them heating up.. nothing to worry about
