I have a question regarding the rear subframe on my 2013 G37S sedan (6MT). The rear subframe has started to show some surface rust and is becoming a bit flaky in certain areas. I'm trying to determine the best long-term solution before it gets any worse.

I've heard that it's possible to swap in one of the aluminum rear subframes without requiring any additional modifications. Can anyone confirm whether this is true?

If so, which years and models are compatible with a 2013 G37S sedan? Are there any differences in mounting points, suspension geometry, or other components that I should be aware of before sourcing one?

Any information, experiences, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
