I have checked all fuses swapped the ballast bought a new ballast two new headlights. Can’t figure out why the light won’t stay on, but flickers when I plug in the ballast. Please help I can’t drive at night lol

..prob not exactly like yours but my passenger headlight went out.. parking light. fog light work.

Change bulb (morimoto) didn't fix; bought ballast fr Amazon- (a few) .. didn't fix.. mind you i had to drop the front bumper when troubleshooting.. bulb change can be replaced without dropping bumper

Yes, had to go into ipdm fuse box a couple of times.. swapped driver & passenger fuse to verify.. also has a fuse deal under driver steering wheel.

In the end it was the igniter.. bought fr amazon .. the whole set but only needed the igniter

I was hestistant to plug in driver side headlight into passenger side to check component (ballast, igniter. Bulb) of headlight but think it was not recommended

Lastly, this happened to me for a reason.. the man above is telling me to stop driving buzz especially at night time..
