2010 37X batwing replacement

new to the group....
My batwing on the front of my 2010 is rusted out and I want to replace.
The outboard fasteners on the ends of the wings in the recessed cups
look pretty crusty. Are they nuts on studs or bolts into the frame?
Any experiences with those or the other fasteners would be helpful.
Thanks

I truly am not sure what you're talking about. No one here calls any part of the car the 'batwing'.

Pics? Not that we're unwilling to help, we just have to establish a common language first.

Maybe he's referring to the front subframe?

part removed....
Here are some photos....
The 2 outboard bolts were the worst... heads rusted round.
The photo of the 2 bolts is on of the inner bolts and one of the outboard.

Thanks for the pictures and notes. i have a 2013 G37x with a "bat wing" that is mostly disintegrated as well. Worried about the bolts but did try to put penetrant on top / from under. I have a 4 post lift and just wondering if i should also jack up to take the pressure off. Anybody have thoughts or advise?

Also anybody use after market front supports for the 2013 and up?
