Sunroof won't close or open

Hello, I previously had my sunroof shattered and was in the midst of replacing it. I must have not removed all the glass correctly because I got it to open, with a hard time closing it. Now, it won't open and it seems like the brackets are uneven. Anyone know how to fix this? Or best to take it to the shop?

More than likely a few unseen pieces of glass jammed up the tracks when you cycled the glass. Not the end of the world but a hassle all the same.

It would be easier, and cheaper, to just drop the headliner and replace the entire sunroof assembly. NOT just the glass, but the whole unit.

How did the glass shatter in the first place?

No clue, was driving on the highway and heard a boom and next thing I know there is a gaping hole to the sky.
