What is the difference in stereos and speakers between 2010 g37x coupe and 2013 g37x sedan?
my coupe sounded much better than the sedan.

 

I always thought the two were identical, yet someone analyzed the wiring diagrams in post #13 here and found a difference: https://www.myg37.com/forums/audio-v...breakdown.html

The coupe is a bit smaller inside compared to the sedan, so that fact alone will improve acoustics. My son has a small standard cab Ford Ranger (old style, not the new one that is the size of an F150) and the little self powered 8" sub we put in it rattles the windows with very little power.

I have a sub in my sedan trunk that requires quite a bit more power. I feel that the Bose system in the sedan really needs a Sub to enhance the lower end.
