Excellent leather cleaner (3D LVP)

I made this post on the Q50 forum, but figured I would share it here.

Wanted to share a product I found that works extremely well at cleaning leather.

I tried Colourlock mild leather cleaner and degreaser. As well as Gyeon Strong leather cleaner. Those products when properly used can sometimes leave a sticky residue.

For my Q's steering wheel, after using Colourlock mild leather cleaner it left the steering wheel oily and sticky, even though I used a damp towel with distilled water and a drying towel to properly clean it.

I found a product by 3D called LVP cleaner. It is a leather, vinyl and plastic (non transparent plastics and no screens). It is a cleaner and more importantly a degreaser.

It took a few applications but, I was able get rid of the shiny and reflective condition of the leather and get it matte. Mind you, the other products I used in various projects did not always remove shininess or stickiness.

I only use 3D LVP for cleaning and a protection like leather shield to protect the surface from abrasions and wear. No leather conditioners, they end up making the surface shiny half the time and attract dust.

I found using a detailing brush or microfiber sponge with 3D works the best. Just agitate the surface, then use a damp towel with distilled water to clean the surface. Then finally use a dry micro fiber towel to wipe everything down.

Also want to add, my G's dashboard was a little sticky. Dust would get stuck to it, and would seem nothing would get it off.

I used 3D LVP Cleaner with a microfiber sponge and it took all the dust and cleaned it very well. Dash is dry to the touch and no more stuck dust.
