Help with Interior Cleaning

Whatsup guys, I was wondering what you use to clean your interiors. I used to have a Maxima with frost leather and by the time i got rid of the car i had noticed that my leather had turned a bit yellowish and way darker, i always cleaned it those **** armor all wipes but all they seemed to do was just cover up the dirt in this glossy finishing and then i switched over to this leather cleaner and conditioner and that didnt help me much either! EVen when i took it to the car wash all they seemed to do is just pass that conditioner over the dirt and leave it as is...but anyways my main concern is that im not sure if its cause im paranoid or what it is but im starting to notice that my seats on my 37 is also turning yellow and even my jeans are turning them a bit blue...do you guys know of anything that is an ACTUAL CLEANER and not just some conditioner that makes seats glossy without actually cleaning it??

For Leather: I prefer either Lexol or Zaino Leather In a Bottle. Lexol has 2 bottles (1 is a cleaner and 1 is a conditioner)
For Vinyl: Either 303 Aerospace Protectant or Vinylx
For Glass: Stoner's Invisible Glass

I use Zaino's Leather Soft Cleaner for cleaning
then Zaino's Leather in a Bottle for conditioning

Edit: here's the info for the cleaner. it works very well.

Either Zaino or Lexol for leather, but I prefer Zaino.
