Radio Issues

I have a 2010 G37 Journey with the Bose radio but no navigation. Once in a while the radio will work normally first thing in the morning. Most of the time none of the radio functions respond to the *****, etc. Volume level doese not change. Can change inputs but radio frequencies are stuck. Ran all the diagnostics. Speakers did not respond but everything else is showing no errors. Climate controls work fine. What's wrong?

Have you pulled any codes from the BCM?

Just to be clear, are you talking about the steering wheel controls or the controls on the radio itself on the center console? Does your backup camera work ok?

Finally was able to look for codes. BCM only indicated low tire pressure. Also scanned everything associated with the audio system and no codes came up.

Rear view camera works along with HVAC. I can select inputs, but no control over volume, station selection from either *****, buttons or steering wheel. I can access and manipulate setting and info screens for everything but audio.
