Motordyne xyz & Berks pipes
Motordyne xyz & Berks pipes
I live in Arizona as well as within a neighborhood with an association (rules against loud cars). I’m able to get away with some noise but the motordyne catback is off the table for sure.
- currently I have a top speed axleback, and
rest of the exhaust is stock.
- I wanted to go with berks HFC and motordyne xyz with resonator.
- but I heard test pipes are overall better than HFC, so would berks resonated test pipes and motordyne xyz with HFC attachment be a better option?
- I want something that produces less rasp but higher hp, and hopefully a deeper tone. Which combination would achieve my goal the best?
PS. I have admin tuning intakes that I haven’t thrown on cause I’m waiting for a tune, should I throw them on after these mods and tune or any recommendations for more mods before a tune? Thank you all

The test pipes would provide a more free flowing exhaust but the HFC will help much with rasp.
Since you are on axle backs, you can do HFC with a resonated Motordyne xyz pipe.
If you had a full exhaust, then i would have maybe suggested test resonated pipes and the resonated xyz pipe for maximize gains.
That's just my take on it.
