My g37 was working fine and I had left it for about a month and I came back and the passenger side was full of water it ended up being the sunroof drain being clogged so I vacuumed out the water and let it dry then went to start the car and there was nothing. Battery was dead and I figured maybe it had gone bad so I replaced it so now the lights and locks work but the car won’t crank but will go into on position. So far I changed out the fuse box next to the battery, I bought a bcm and made sure the serial numbers matched and replaced it the lights and key didn’t work so I called a locksmith to come out and try to reprogram the key to the new bcm and he got they lights and locks to work on new bcm but told me he couldn’t get the ignition on and left. I’m assuming that’s only leaves the steering lock module? My steering wheel is not locked so I tried pulling the fuse for it but nothing. I’m at a loss and so deep into this car it’s crazy. The code my old bcm was throwing is b2014 chain of s/l-bcm.

 

Where you able to fix this? If yes what was the problem?
