Factory Head Unit Cost Question

My car is at local Nissan dealer. Took it in for them to pull my headunit configure from old radio and install a used radio with my config.
I had the radio i bought already in car so initially i ask for an estimate for them to replace then d/l config and then put new one back again. They said labor is 170 an hour and the figured 2 or 3 hours.
I swapped radios back so they didn't have to do it twice.
Took car in and the still wanted to quote same hours..
First.. I have swapped the radio 3 times now and I know the longest it takes it about 40 minutes..
Anyone know how long it takes to do the Consult stuff?

Locally, I tend to lean on Best Buy for the mainstream car stereo stuff as they are actually pretty competent and their pricing is fair. I'm guessing they must have access to the Nissan consult tool right? May be worth checking?

Update

When I went to pick up the car they said pre-configure failed because mismatch in part numbers.
said the used radio showed problem with ecu being part number 2591a ZX70A..? They said the part number of the unit I gave them didn't match.
After talking to tech and swapping radios back he said he had no clue what was wrong.. maybe because original radio is out of infinity and other one is out of a maxima?
Help?
Thanks in advance

Can't help with out details...

What is wrong with the old radio / AV unit?
What year and model G37 do you have?
Does the car have navigation?
What is the part number on the Maxima radio / AV unit?

I've used a Murano radio / AV unit with nav in my G37 for a few weeks...
it worked perfect, other than the Nissan boot up screen and Nissan menu colors.

I've never worked on a non-nav system, so I got nothing to offer.
