I'm looking to do this myself. I want to put in a bleeder version after somebody somewhere said to use Dorman 47291 which is a 3/4" OD coupler. But Every website says it's not for my 2010 G37 Coupe. Can anybody verify that will work?

I see no reason why that unit would not work. Dorman 56430 is a straight ¾" connector and the one you listed is the same thing but with a bleeder port. Sometimes it is best to rely on common sense than depend on catalogs- especially from Dorman and the like... their accuracy can be sporadic. As long as the diameter is ¾" I think you will be fine. I am using a cheap ¾" brass fitting that I bought from Home Depot for a few bucks with zero issues.

While I can understand the desire of wanting the bleeder port, I think it is overkill. But, your car your decision.

 

Yes, Common sense..3/4" OD. I just thought it strange the G wasn't listed as compatible. I chose the bleeder version since it's in stock at my local Oreilly & the Dorman 56430 isn't. And it's closer than any HW store..
